A hybrid publishing package should feel like a professional partnership, not a transaction. In Barringer Publsihing's model, the author shares the financial investment, while the publisher provides professional publishing services and selective acceptance, similar to a traditional press.

Every book is customized, no two books follow the same formatting or cover design, unless part of series or trilogy. We do not use cover templates, we design from scratch and offer as many options as needed for the author's approval. Our fee range is listed below. If you were to price each individual service we perform with the same level of professionalism, you would pay much more than our fee, plus all services are completed in-house.

Below are the services we include:

Core Editorial Services 

  • Developmental or content editing (structure, pacing, clarity)

  • Line or copyediting (grammar, consistency, style)

  • Proofreading (final polish before print)

  • The Barringer editing team will provide up to five editing passes

Professional Book Design

  • Custom cover design (not templates)

  • Interior formatting for:

    • Print (paperback/hardcover)

    • Ebook (EPUB/KDP-compatible)

  • Revisions included 

ISBNs, Copyright & Metadata

  • ISBN(s) issued in the publisher’s name or author’s choice

  • The range in price is $2250 to $3850 to be paid at contract signing

  • When publishing a series or trilogy from a Barringer author, price remains the same for each book
